College Grad Photo Session | twinsburg, OH

christine-rose | Kent State University twinsburg academic center

Christine-Rose graduated with a nursing degree from Kent State University in May 2024. She attended the KSU Twinsburg Academic Center and really wanted her cap and gown session to be at their campus. However, Christine-Rose warned me that there was only one building and not much beautiful architecture around the location. But when she showed up with her beautiful daughter Erin, her personalized cap, and that beautiful smile, I knew we wouldn’t need an elaborate campus to get amazing pictures!

Christine-Rose is a Hawaiian native. She left Hawaii when she was 17 years old to join the US Army, was in active duty for 7 years, and then transferred into the Air Force Reserves to go to college full-time.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Christine-Rose’s heart and gratitude went out to the first responders and essential workers who sacrificed their health in order to care for other’s loved ones. This prompted her to pursue a degree in the nursing field. She’s extremely excited to begin this new journey!

Thank you, Christine-Rose, for sharing your heart, so beautiful and pure, your daughter, so lovely and gracious, and for entrusting me to document such a special milestone. I wish you the best on this new chapter of your life. xo
